Visitor Management Ltd was founded by Malcolm Humphreys in May 2001, after 15 years selling technical printing solutions; he saw the opportunity for a Visitor Management system on company reception desks. Working with a programming team headed up by John Bolton, our first Visitor Management system - VMLite was launched in August 2001 and was an immediate hit, with our first client being the Tate Modern Gallery.

Over the coming years our software solution has diversified into ID Card production, Membership Management and Event registration.

Today we operate in the UK, USA, Canada, Australia and in China through distribution partners, supplying over 2,000 clients.
