Your visitor passes can either be pre-prepared, awaiting the visitor or printed
off on demand using a standard office laser or inkjet printer. If you have
pre-printed the visitor pass, using our barcode scanner you can quickly book the
visitor on and off the premises, minimising the receptionists work load and
keeping the Emergency Panic List of visitors on site up to date. Should a
visitor get let out of the building via another exit, you can mark the visitor
leaving as a 'Admin Book Out', should the host forget to inform reception of a
visitor leaving via another exit other than reception. This feature ensures that
hosts can receive appropriate training to ensuring health & safety procedures
